Questions & answers

Raw honey from our Perry Hall hives

Is your honey really raw?

Yes. It's raw and unfiltered — never heated or processed — straight from our hives in Perry Hall, Maryland. That keeps the natural pollen, enzymes, and flavor intact.

My honey crystallized. Is it still good?

Absolutely. Crystallization is natural for raw honey and a sign it hasn't been over-processed. To return it to liquid, sit the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. 110 degrees f is ideal.

How does pickup work?

Order and pay online, choose a pickup day and time that we've left open, and you'll get a confirmation email with our exact address. Just swing by during your window and your order will be waiting on the porch.

How should I store it?

Keep it at room temperature with the lid on. Honey lasts practically forever — no need to refrigerate.

Can local honey help with allergies?

Many people enjoy local honey for that reason, though we can't make medical claims. What we can say: it's local, raw, and delicious.
