Pickup & refund policy

All sales are final

Because our honey is a fresh, small-batch local product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there's ever a problem with your order, reply to your confirmation email and we'll make it right.

Local pickup only

Every order is pickup-only at the address in your confirmation email. Please come during the day and time window you selected — pickups are next-day at the earliest. Venmo orders must be paid before you come.

Missed pickups

Can't make your window? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll do our best to arrange another time. Orders left unclaimed may be forfeited.

Just reply to your order confirmation email — it comes straight to us.

Payment

We take Venmo (@nick162534): reserve your jars online, then send the Venmo payment to confirm. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your payment is received and verified. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email. Payment must be made through Venmo before pickup — we can’t hand over an order that hasn’t been paid.
