All sales are final
Because our honey is a fresh, small-batch local product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there's ever a problem with your order, reply to your confirmation email and we'll make it right.
Local pickup only
Every order is pickup-only at the address in your confirmation email. Please come during the day and time window you selected — pickups are next-day at the earliest.
Missed pickups
Can't make your window? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll do our best to arrange another time. Orders left unclaimed may be forfeited.
Questions
Just reply to your order confirmation email — it comes straight to us.
Payment
We accept card payments online (processed securely by Stripe) and Venmo (@nick162534). Venmo orders are reserved online and confirmed once your payment is received — you'll get a confirmation email.
